Hotmail bounce message 550 SC-004
Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. We recommend enrolling in our Junk Email Reporting Program (JMRP), a free program intended to help senders remove unwanted recipients from their email list. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
Stop all this jibber jabber, what does it mean?
Hotmail believes you have been sending spam to their users. The reason for this is that too many people have pressed the "Spam" button in their Hotmail accounts and this has been creating too many complaints.
Did I do something wrong?
Most likely yes. If you are absolutely certain that you did not caused complaints from Hotmail users, then you are probably using an IP address
that has been used by somebody else that caused these complaints.
How can I fix this?
Go to http://mail.live.com/mail/postmaster.aspx
and try to get removed from Hotmails blacklist.
